     I’ve another blog but this one’s gonna be my "public" blog. I’ve good reason not to tell the name of the other.

     I’ll probably just post my papers here in grad school actually. The papers were written at the time when my energy level for doing good in class was still high. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy my classes but right now I just don’t think I’m doing well as much as I’m supposed to.  Am I being too hard on myself?  Maybe.

     In any case, I’m posting my papers on the movie Fahrenheit 9/11 coz it’ll be good to get comments for them before I do my thesis writing.  I’m actually thinking of having this topic as my thesis.  Mom says I should do something related to corporate communications though if I ever want to pursue that field. But I dunno… Maybe this just signifies my ambivalence about many things.  I’m torn between making it in the communications world and cutting it in the academe. Besides, those who know the real Marisse know she has trouble following all the supposed tos. Plus, I could make a media plan anytime.  The topic of terrorism or how we use that term, is what stimulates my interest.

     Please ignore if you see any erroneous format in citations. I still need to learn that.  Shame.  The first one was my paper for Dr. Joyce Arriola’s class Seminar on Communication Theories on my first sem as a grad stude.  The second was for my Political Economy class during the summer with Prof. Gary Devilles.  A very "happening" class I might add, not only did we get to have Rolando Tolentino as guest prof for a day, may umaway pa sa kin kumukuha ng MBA. But that’s a separate issue.  Anyway, here goes…

     Oh. and hi to y’all;->
